Staff and Student Well-being
Özyeğin University provides comprehensive health, mental well-being, and sports services for both students and staff through an integrated, campus-based support system. The Health Center, located in the Sports Center building, operates 24/7 and offers a wide range of medical services, including outpatient consultation, emergency intervention, occupational health, and ambulance support with an intensive care-equipped team on standby at all times. Students and staff in need of psychological support can access the 360 Advising, part of the Student Development and Experience Unit, which offers individual counseling sessions, group informational meetings, and workshop programs tailored to personal, academic, and social development needs. The 360 Advising takes a proactive approach, identifying students facing academic difficulties or social adjustment challenges and referring them to relevant units and specialists when necessary. Beyond medical and psychological support, Physical Education and Sportive Activities are regarded as an essential complement to the intensive academic curriculum, fostering students' physical and social development in alignment with their broader university experience. Through a wide range of sports programs and facilities, the university aims to equip students with healthy lifestyle habits, a team spirit, and the athletic skills and confidence needed to sustain a balanced, socially engaged life both during and beyond their academic journey. Together, these services reflect Özyeğin University's commitment to fostering a healthy, supportive, and accessible campus environment that addresses the physical, mental, and social well-being of its entire community.
