Social Minds is a student club established in April 2023 under the umbrella of Özyeğin University’s Social Cognition Lab. It aims to enhance undergraduate students’ scientific literacy and to conduct research in the field of social cognition under a unified platform. The Social Minds team, guided by the director of the Social Cognition Lab, Dr. Pınar Uğurlar, shares current findings in psychology through articles on their blog, Posite. In addition to preparing articles, the team develops and conducts scientific projects and organizes events and workshops within the lab to foster these skills. The Social Minds team meets regularly, with members taking on different responsibilities and supporting each other through collective efforts.
