ÖzU Technology Transfer Office has signed a cooperative protocol  with the companies and universities partaking in the Research  Training Program for the Defense Industry (SAYP). SAYP aims  to develop the Turkish defense industry and train qualified  R&D experts. As part of the protocol, Aselsan, C-Tech, Havelsan  and Roketsan employees will pursue their graduate studies at  our graduate programs, and complete their thesis projects in  the priority areas defined by the Undersecretariat for Defense  Industries. Graduate students will be trained as highly qualified  R&D experts specialized in defense industries through the facilities  and amenities offered by defense companies.
