Elif Bilge Gürgür, a junior Industrial Engineering student at ÖzU and founder of the startup “ToplaGel”, came in first with her teammates at the Turkey Red Bull Basement Program. The aim of this startup is to collect waste and deliver it to the best places. The people working for ToplaGel will come to the people’s doors, collect the waste and give out some gift cards, etc. depending on the amount of waste.
