Inclusion is one of ÖzU core values. We advocate that education is a pathway to employment and economic security and should therefore be accessible to students from all backgrounds and circumstances. ÖzU celebrates and welcomes diversity, and is committed to providing appropriate support to enable students to succeed in their studies and beyond. Of the 7,429 students enrolled in at least one semester of the 2021/22 academic year, 91% (6,739 students) have scholarships. In the 2022/23 academic year, 664 students received stipend scholarships, in addition to and 572 students receiving free accommodation, 552 students receiving dining support and 102 students receiving transportation support .
