Sustainability Talks 7 - 'Gender Equality and Politics in the World and in Turkey'

The seventh of the Sustainability Speeches organized by Özyeğin University's Sustainability Platform within the framework of our university's 10th Anniversary Events, which aims to deepen our knowledge of sustainability and expand our horizons by addressing sustainability with its different dimensions, was held with Gülseren Onanç's "In the World and in Turkey" event specific to the International Women's Day events. In her speech, Gülseren Onanç talked about inequalities and injustices against women in the world and in Turkey, and talked about the obstacles in front of women in participating in politics. Afterwards, she explained why the rising wave of women in the world is important and underlined the responsibilities of individuals.
