Memberships
ÖzU became a member of this network in 2015. The network comprises over 80 universities from more than 30 countries. Among these universities are world-leading institutions such as Harvard, MIT, Columbia, Yale, and Oxford, all working together to integrate sustainability holistically into campus operations, research, and teaching. Many ISCN members are also part of the World Economic Forum's Global University Leaders Forum (GULF).
The TÜSİAD – ÖzU Sustainable Development Forum, ÖzU's center for sustainability, was admitted to this community in March 2018. Within the Sustainability Centres Community (SCC), which operates under the Network for Business Sustainability (NBS), there are over 150 centers from around the globe. The community facilitates the sharing of expertise and the latest news, best practices, and opportunities among all its members. This sharing not only promotes the dissemination of information but also establishes a foundation for idea exchanges and partnerships. The community reinforces these foundations through regular webinars and workshops held every two years, providing significant support for the sustainability efforts within these centers.
